Your New Role

• Install residential HVAC systems including split systems, condensers, air handlers, and ductwork in Haltom City, TX and within a 50 mile service area

• Lead installation projects from start to finish while ensuring code compliance and system performance

• Support light commercial HVAC installation projects as needed

• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites

• Communicate clearly with team members and customers throughout each project

• Complete installations on schedule while maintaining high quality standards

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience

• Experience leading or assisting with full system installations

• Familiarity with residential HVAC systems and light commercial work preferred

• Ability to read and interpret installation manuals and job specifications

• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent
