Requirements:

• 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant (big box experience preferred)
• Proven success in training, developing, and leading BOH teams
• Strong knowledge of food safety, cost control, and labor management
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on people and performance
