A growing scratch-menu concept is looking for a Kitchen Manager for their Tuscaloosa location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume restaurant/hotel environment. This individual needs to be comfortable leading a team and implementing new procedures and menu items.

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a leader in scratch kitchens
Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume production
Ability to adapt and change
Strong leadership skills
