What You’ll Get

$38–$50/hour based on experience, plus production pay opportunities
$5,000 sign-on bonus
- $2,500 at 6 months
- $2,500 at 12 months
- Bonus paid in installments after 6 and 12 months of active employment
Consistent full-time schedule (40–45 hours/week)
Monday–Friday work with optional overtime
Take-home service vehicle — run your own truck

What You’ll Do

Run residential plumbing service calls
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues
Install water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems
Communicate with homeowners and present solutions
Manage your own schedule and workflow
Maintain a clean, organized truck
Handle residential service work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

What You Need

Valid Journeyman Plumbing License (or ability to obtain)
3+ years of residential service experience
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently
Strong customer communication skills
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Must be willing to relocate to the Wisconsin Rapids area
