INVOICING & SHIPPING

Invoicing and shipping experience needed to be considered for this position

Monday thru Friday: 8:00am-5:30pm

As a Invoicing and shipping clerk, your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Manages the logistics of outgoing goods, ensuring accurate documentation, packing, and billing
• Generating invoices, preparing bills of lading, verifying order accuracy, and coordinating with carriers for timely delivery, while maintaining strict inventory and shipping records.

Must have the following skills:

• Excel | Computer | Tech Savy 
• Must lift at least 50 lbs
• Attention to detail is a must
