Inventory Control Clerk
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: 6AM-2:30PM Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to help ensure the accuracy of inventory levels for raw materials, finished products, and liquid goods. In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring, counting, auditing, and maintaining precise records to support smooth warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do

Audit customer orders to ensure selection accuracy (60%)
Perform physical cycle counts and reconcile variances (15%)
Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions (10%)
Enter cycle count data into inventory systems (5%)
Process inventory requests and updates (5%)
Monitor and report inventory discrepancies to management (5%)
Conduct slotting and slot audits
Manage phase-in/phase-out of items
Verify purchase orders
Cross-train and backfill in Order Processing as needed

Performance Expectations

Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail
Ensure product integrity and optimal inventory levels
Support transportation, logistics, and working capital goals
Promote customer satisfaction and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

Strong math and analytical skills
Ability to complete accurate counts of products in racks and on pallets
Sound decision-making skills aligned with company policies
High attention to detail when reading and processing information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
Physically demanding role requiring the ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.
