What You’ll Do
Build and strengthen relationships with HVAC dealers, contractors, and distributors in your assigned region
Expand new business while managing and growing existing accounts
Present MRCOOL products as practical, value-driven solutions for customers
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction
Travel as needed for client visits, meetings, and industry events
Stay informed on HVAC trends to identify opportunities and better support customers
Report to the Sales Director and contribute to regional sales planning
Position is based in Hickory, Kentucky with remote flexibility for candidates who bring an established network

Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience within the HVAC industry
Established relationships with distributors, contractors, or dealers
Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and basic installation and service concepts
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage a sales territory
Willingness to travel within your region and relocate if needed
Valid driver’s license
Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools is a plus
