What You’ll Do

  • Build and strengthen relationships with HVAC dealers, contractors, and distributors in your assigned region

  • Expand new business while managing and growing existing accounts

  • Present MRCOOL products as practical, value-driven solutions for customers

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction

  • Travel as needed for client visits, meetings, and industry events

  • Stay informed on HVAC trends to identify opportunities and better support customers

  • Report to the Sales Director and contribute to regional sales planning

  • Position is based in Hickory, Kentucky with remote flexibility for candidates who bring an established network

  • Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience within the HVAC industry

  • Established relationships with distributors, contractors, or dealers

  • Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and basic installation and service concepts

  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage a sales territory

  • Willingness to travel within your region and relocate if needed

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools is a plus
