HVAC Lead Service Tech

Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 +, Commission Opportunity 

Sign-on Bonus: UP TO $5000 based on experience and interview

Schedule: Multiple Day / Shift options 

Full-time, year-round work

Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.

What You Need:

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification 
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
