Your New Role

• Install and commission residential HVAC systems in new construction homes in Rifle, Colorado

• Read blueprints and complete accurate system layout and equipment placement

• Perform sheet metal fabrication and installation

• Install low voltage controls and complete system startup procedures

• Ensure all work meets company standards for safety, performance, and appearance

• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and homeowners

• 3 to 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience, preferably in new construction

• Ability to read plans and perform equipment and ductwork layout

• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal installation, and startup procedures

• EPA certification preferred

• OSHA certification, BEST cards, or other trade related credentials are a plus

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Commitment to safe work practices and professional communication
