General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train hotel staff
  • Oversee daily hotel operations and staffing
  • Provide timely performance evaluations, coaching, counseling, and employee terminations in accordance with policy
  • Maintain a visible, approachable presence for guests and ensure a high level of service across all departments
