General Manager Responsibilities:

Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train hotel staff
Oversee daily hotel operations and staffing
Provide timely performance evaluations, coaching, counseling, and employee terminations in accordance with policy
Maintain a visible, approachable presence for guests and ensure a high level of service across all departments
Uphold professionalism and courtesy in all guest interactions
Maintain appropriate staffing levels in alignment with budget guidelines

General Manager Qualifications:
