General Manager Requirements

Minimum 2-3 Years as General Manager in a full-service Hotel, 6 Years in the Hospitality Industry
Must have experience in F&B
Bachelor’s Degree/Hospitality Degree - Multi-Lingual a plus
Experience with Opera Cloud

Financial, P&L and budgetary accountability
Experience with Revenue Management & Sales
Efficient operational coordination, logistics and project management abilities, experience with property maintenance
Innovative thinking and problem resolution abilities, motivational and team-oriented leadership
Embraces branding and design, up to date on emerging market trends
Discerning attention to detail, brand presentation, and cleanliness
Impeccable service skills, empathetic dedication to guests and staff at all levels
Experience in networking, dealing with Community associations and City affairs
