Hotel General Manager – Lead With Heart & Hospitality

What You’ll Do:

• Champion a welcoming guest experience from check-in to check-out
• Oversee daily operations,   including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B
• Build, lead, and develop a strong hotel team with clear expectations and accountability
• Drive revenue growth through active involvement in sales strategy and yield management
• Manage financial performance to hit (and exceed) goals
• Conduct regular property inspections, audits, and operational evaluations
• Partner with the sales team to attract group business and extended stays
• Ensure compliance with all safety, HR, and operational standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of hotel leadership experience (AGM or GM role preferred)
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of P&L, labor control, and guest satisfaction metrics
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams across all departments
• Tech-savvy with experience using hotel management systems and reporting tools
• A proactive problem-solver who remains calm under pressure
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
