Villagio Hospitality Group is growing! We are seeking dynamic and energetic Hosts to join our award-winning team at 2 Silos Brewing Co. If you're a customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and are dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences, we want you on our team!

As a Host, your responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and seating guests. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Welcomes guests with hospitality and courtesy by meeting, greeting and seating them as they arrive
• Maintaining a neat and organized reception area
• Answering phone calls, taking reservations, verifying reservations
• Assisting with To-Go orders
• Managing restaurant wait list during high volume periods
• Assisting with running food and cleaning tables when necessary

Requirements:

• General knowledge of basic customer service skills, restaurant operations, and food service principles
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Pleasant demeanor with teamwork attitude; ability to work well with others
• Ability to effectively handle customer concerns in a friendly and positive manner. This involves listening to the nature of the concern, demonstrating empathy with the customer and providing positive and proactive solutions

Education/Training/Experience:

• High School or equivalent. Coursework in restaurant preferred.
• Experience in high volume restaurants is preferred

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods of standing
• Able to lift 15 lbs. without assistance
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
