Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an upscale or fine dining kitchen
- Proven success in high-volume operations
- Strong knowledge of menu planning, purchasing, and kitchen systems
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and lead teams
- Passion for food, creativity, and continuous improvement

Sous Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef with all daily kitchen operations
- Lead, train, and develop a large culinary team
- Ensure consistent execution of high-quality, upscale dishes
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and food safety
