Your New Role

• Operate heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and rollers in Aston, Pennsylvania, and surrounding counties

• Perform cut and fill work, grading, and full site preparation for commercial construction projects

• Review daily work plans and blueprints with supervisors to determine efficient equipment operation

• Execute fine grading and operate safely in congested or high-traffic job sites

• Perform trenching and excavation for utilities and site development scopes

• Conduct routine equipment inspections, including cleaning, greasing, and oiling

• Follow hand signals and verbal direction to coordinate with crew members on active job sites

• Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols

• Report to the project superintendent or foreperson and support overall site productivity

• Minimum 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in commercial construction environments

• Proven experience in excavation, grading, underground utilities, or similar sitework scopes

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and site layouts

• Solid understanding of OSHA safety standards and job site safety practices

• OSHA 10 certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire

• Strong hand, foot, and eye coordination to safely operate heavy machinery

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without constant supervision

• Hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to job sites
