Safely operate and/or have the ability to operate various equipment including excavator, front loader, bulldozer, or other heavy equipment and/or steer equipment to bale, load and move waste material.

The Work: Power & Precision
This isn't just a job; it's about mastering the machines that keep Florida moving. You'll be behind the controls of excavators, front end loaders, water trucks, or other equipment, ensuring our facility runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Master the Fleet: Safely operate heavy gear to bale, load, and move waste materials.
- Own Your Machine: Perform daily "pre-flight" inspections and basic maintenance (greasing/fluids) to keep your equipment in top shape.
- Team Communication: Use two-way radios to coordinate with the ground crew and office to keep the day moving efficiently.
- Keep it Clean: Clear debris from tracks and gear mechanisms dailybecause a clean machine is a fast machine.
