What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations in a high-volume, full-service environment
- Coach, develop, and motivate your team to perform at a high level
- Maintain strong cost controls, including food, labor, and inventory
- Ensure consistency, quality, and execution across every shift
- Partner with leadership to drive performance and culture
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in full-service restaurants
- Proven success in high-volume environments ($2M+ annual sales)
- Hands-on leader who leads from the front
- High energy, strong sense of urgency, and team-first mentality
- Passion for hospitality, food quality, and developing others
