A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available at a school located in Desert Hot Springs, CA, for the entire school year. The role focuses on providing essential therapeutic support across a broad range of grade levels, including Kindergarten through 12th grade (Grades K-5, 6-8, 9-12). This position offers the flexibility to engage in travel assignments for candidates open to traveling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to students individual needs across multiple grade levels.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
  • Assess student progress regularly and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance student outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license or certification.
  • Experience working with school-aged children across various grade levels.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic school environment.
  • Willingness to travel (optional but welcomed).
