Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

At least 4+ years previous experience as a Full-Service GM in an upscale polished/fine dining concept
Previous experience with high-volume sales
Great tenure - no job hoppers
Great team builder and communicator
Expert level of being able to run the business aspect of the restaurant. Ability to run strong prime costs, analyze the P&L, and run great metrics.
Restaurant 365 experiece is a plus
