Current or very recent experience in high-volume
Solid tenure -- Consistent work history
2+ years of General Manager experience
Upbeat personality -- highly positive and able to coach
Great communication skills and professional appearance
Focusing on delivering fantastic food, great value, and amazing customer service
Experience with Catering is a plus, but not required
