Distribution Associate Cardboard Boxes

We're looking for a reliable and friendly Distribution Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll help ensure cardboard boxes are accurately picked, packed, and delivered to our customers on time.

What You'll Do:

• Pick and pack cardboard box orders based on customer requirements
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
• Inspect products for quality before shipment
• Assist with stock counts and inventory tracking
• Keep the warehouse clean and safe
• Work closely with team members and drivers to meet daily distribution goals

What We're Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
• Good attention to detail
• Basic math and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus, but not required
