Warehouse Operator

We are conducting a confidential search for a Warehouse Operator to support a large-scale food manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for moving raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods safely and efficiently within both dry and refrigerated warehouse environments. This is with a defense industry client requiring a VantageClear Certification or an active security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts and other equipment) to move raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
• Pull ingredients and packaging from stock for use in production.
• Transport palletized products trailers, and storage areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and documentation.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met in handling all materials.
• Assist with other plant operations and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• VantageClear Certification (or equivalent) required or active security clearance.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork.
• Ability to work in cold storage/freezer environments as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting wage: $26/hour.
