Job Overview:

We are currently seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our team at our Clayton Indiana facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating all four of the following forklifts: Stand-Up Reach, Walkie Rider, Dock Stocker, and Order Picker.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts including order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and lift trucks
• Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures
• Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks
• Move products to designated areas in the warehouse
• Perform equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Work closely with warehouse supervisors to ensure efficient operations
• Utilize basic math skills for inventory tracking and order fulfillment

Experience:

Proven experience as a forklift operator in a distribution center or warehouse environment

Familiarity with equipment repair and maintenance

Ability to operate all four: High Reach, Walkie Rider, Dock Stocker, and Order Picker on Crown Equipment

Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods
