Forklift Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
2. Load and unload materials from trucks or containers
3. Move materials to and from storage areas, machines, or loading docks
4. Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues or damage
5. Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
6. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
7. Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Proven experience operating forklifts (6 months to 1 year preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
