Fast Casual General Manager

We are a growing fast-casual, scratch café concept looking for an energetic and people-focused General Manager to lead daily operations. This is a hands-on role for a leader who loves great food, thrives on building strong teams, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with front- and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless daily operations
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team
• Oversee vendor ordering, inventory control, and product receiving
• Manage daily cash handling, deposits, and register accuracy
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members
• Create and manage staff schedules to support business needs
• Track key performance metrics and adjust operations to achieve goals

What We’re Looking For

• Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfort using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to commute or relocate as needed
