Maintenance Technician Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a similar managerial role
Strong working knowledge of/experience with HVAC, Walk-in, and Freezer, preventative maintenance, and plumbing
Working knowledge of fryers and ovens, a plus
Experience managing a budget for supplies and maintenance
Strong time management and project management skills
Ability to work some nights and weekends as well
Ability to travel across 4 states
EPA license and applicable certifications or degrees a plus!
