Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the gaming and entertainment industry, is seeking a Facilities Inventory Administrator to join their team. As a Facilities Inventory Administrator, you will be part of the Facilities Department supporting operations and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.  This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits.

Job Title: Facilities Inventory Administrator
Location: Salamanca, NY
Pay Range: $51,522.00 - $54,000.00
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

What's the Job?

  • Develop and maintain an organized and effective inventory database, procedures, and processes.
  • Record and maintain Facilities equipment assets and warranty information within the MicroMain Maintenance System.
  • Assist in controlling excess and obsolescence costs related to inventory.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock parts from vendors, ensuring damage-free and accurate counts.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate inventory for technical staff and produce detailed reports reflecting findings.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or equivalent GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
  • Minimum of six to eight years’ experience in inventory control, including development and implementation of inventory processes.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and knowledge of inventory and CMMS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments under time constraints.
  • Blueprint reading experience and familiarity with building equipment and nomenclatures.
