Full-time, 2nd shift, Mon– Fri 3:15pm – 11:45pm

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our manufacturing facility. This role is essential in ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene for employees, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting across offices, restrooms, and common areas
Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and restroom fixtures
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with sanitation guidelines
Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies such as paper products, soap, and sanitizers
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (e.g., floor buffers, carpet extractors, pressure washers) and store properly after use
Conduct routine inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards
Report maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and adherence to MSDS guideline.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
Good time management and ability to complete tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety practices
Dependable and trustworthy, especially when working with minimal supervision
Previous cleaning experience
HS Diploma/GED Required with Documentation
