TransForce is seeking a experienced warehouse/ dock worker with a CDL A license to support local operations based in La Porte, IN.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Warehouse/ Dock Worker Details

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5am - 1pm, and two Sunday mornings a month (4 hours)

Pay: $31.63 Per hour + OT

Route Type: Must have CDL A for backing trailers into dock doors from time to time
Handling: Warehouse work

CDL A Minimum Requirements:

License: CDL A

Experience: 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

Endorsements: None

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Responsibilities:

Safely operate CDL A equipment backing trailers into dock doors

Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

Perform required handling tasks

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
