Executive Chef needed for a hospitality-driven company offering menu creativity within a great structure. Great opportunity for growth. Seeking a high volume, hands-on Executive Chef.
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
· Work hand in hand with the kitchen team to ensure the delivery of quality products in both catering and the restaurants.
· Develop others, through training, coaching, and planning.
· Develop new menus and ensure consistency through creating standard recipes and ensuring the team uses proper techniques and skills.
· Responsible for all BOH financials including food costs, supplies, and labor costs.
· Work collaboratively with leadership and FOH teams.
Executive Chef Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a upscale to casual dining with large banquet experience as well.
· Strong organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills
· Team player with the ability to take ownership of the situation.
· Valid Driver’s license
