Executive Chef Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative, seasonal menus aligned with guest expectations and market trends
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
Collaborate closely with the General Manager to achieve overall food and service excellence
Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Source and manage high-quality, seasonal ingredients while maintaining cost efficiency
Lead, train, mentor, and inspire culinary staff to deliver exceptional execution
Maintain a high-performance kitchen culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and excellence
Executive Chef Qualifications
5+ years of culinary leadership experience in fine-dining, high-volume environments
Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, upscale restaurant settings
Strong balance of creativity and operational discipline
Professional culinary or hospitality education preferred (Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field)
Demonstrated expertise in menu development, cost control, and kitchen management
