Job Description

A family-oriented hospitality group seeks a hands-on Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations in Savannah, Georgia.


Executive Chef Compensation & Benefits:

  • Strong Base Salary from 80-85K DOE

Executive Chef Job Requirement:

  • Actively cooking, hands-on Executive Chef with a supportive kitchen presence
  • Experience in high-volume, multi-revenue operations
  • Background in catering, hotel, or stadium-style environments with orchestration across venues
  • Minimum 3+ years in a Sous Chef or Executive Chef position
  • Proven ability to build systems, consistency, and great menus
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a servant-leader approach
  • Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments
  • A working chef who can develop the team
  • Full accountability for COGS, labor, training, and team development
  • Forward-thinking culinary vision with a passion for quality and cleanliness
