Qualifications for Executive Chef:

2+ years of experience being at the helm of an upscale casual scratch kitchen
Ability to curate crave able menus.
Tenure of 2+ years with previous employers
Responsible for delivering food and labor cost
Prior high volume Catering and Banquet experience
Comfortable delivering performance conversations and a stickler for the highest standards

Compensation for Executive Chef:

Competitive salary of $75-$85K plus a lucrative bonus
