Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an EH&S Manager to join their team. As an EH&S Manager, you will be part of the Environmental, Health, and Safety department supporting the operational safety and environmental compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to fostering a safety-first culture, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $42-$52 Hr

What's the Job?
- Lead and advance EHS strategy by providing clear, consistent direction that supports both people and business outcomes.
- Be a visible safety leader with a strong shop-floor presence—recognized as the go-to expert for safety, health, and environmental mentorship.
- Collaborate closely with the Plant Manager and leadership team to align EHS initiatives with site priorities and long-term objectives.
- Proactively identify workplace hazards and collaborate with plant teams to eliminate or mitigate risk.
- Champion a ZERO HARM culture, driving safe behaviors and practices across all levels of the organization.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) in EHS, Operations, Engineering, or business is required.
- Ideally 5+ years of progressive experience leading safety and environmental management systems.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively in a plant setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate teams at all levels.
