In This Role, You’ll:

Train, mentor, and support new drivers on all delivery procedures.

Lead Driver re-training

Provide input and conduct driver reviews.
Perform daily transportation duties while assisting in supervising driver operations.
Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip truck inspections, reporting any maintenance needs.
Pre-trip compliance
Route Packet review
Load Sheet compliance
Review Hours of Service Compliance
Review DOT compliance
Operate all equipment with the highest safety standards.

What You’ll Bring:

A valid CDL A with a proven tractor-trailer experience.
Knowledge of DOT logs and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for training and mentoring others.
Computer proficiency for logging and reporting.
Ability to step in for the Transportation Supervisor when needed

The Schedule & Setting:

Full-time, on-site Trainer role
8AM - 5PM (Monday - Friday)
Supports a 24/7 operation with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Leads a large-scale warehouse team focused on safety, reliability, and service

Pay & Benefits:
Pay Range (Base Pay):   $29.45 - $30.51
Weekly pay (every Friday)
Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
