In This Role, You’ll:
- Train, mentor, and support new drivers on all delivery procedures.
- Lead Driver re-training
- Provide input and conduct driver reviews.
- Perform daily transportation duties while assisting in supervising driver operations.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip truck inspections, reporting any maintenance needs.
- Pre-trip compliance
- Route Packet review
- Load Sheet compliance
- Review Hours of Service Compliance
- Review DOT compliance
- Operate all equipment with the highest safety standards.
What You’ll Bring:
- A valid CDL A with a proven tractor-trailer experience.
- Knowledge of DOT logs and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for training and mentoring others.
- Computer proficiency for logging and reporting.
- Ability to step in for the Transportation Supervisor when needed
- Strong leadership skills
The Schedule & Setting:
- Full-time, on-site Trainer role
- 8AM - 5PM (Monday - Friday)
- Supports a 24/7 operation with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Leads a large-scale warehouse team focused on safety, reliability, and service
Pay & Benefits:
Pay Range (Base Pay): $29.45 - $30.51
Weekly pay (every Friday)
Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
