Fuel Truck Driver

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Fuel Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of fuel to various customer locations, including gas stations, construction sites, and industrial facilities. This role requires strict adherence to safety regulations, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate fuel delivery trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load, transport, and unload fuel products in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and fuel inventory records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules.
• Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials and follow all safety protocols.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep the vehicle clean and presentable.
• Respond to emergencies such as spills or breakdowns in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat (H) and Tanker (N) endorsements.
• Minimum of [X] years of commercial driving experience, preferably in fuel or hazardous materials transport.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.

• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and hazardous materials.
• May require early morning, evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.
• Physical demands include lifting hoses, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
