District Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support 7 restaurant locations, ensuring consistent operational excellence
• Build, coach, and develop General Managers and leadership teams
• Drive a strong, people-first culture focused on engagement, retention, and growth
• Analyze and improve performance across sales, labor, and food cost
• Ensure brand standards and guest experience are executed at a high level
• Partner with leadership on growth initiatives and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
• Proven success developing teams and building strong culture
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
• Hands-on, supportive leadership style
• Passion for health-focused, lifestyle-driven brands is a plus
