Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support 7 restaurant locations, ensuring consistent operational excellence
- Build, coach, and develop General Managers and leadership teams
- Drive a strong, people-first culture focused on engagement, retention, and growth
- Analyze and improve performance across sales, labor, and food cost
- Ensure brand standards and guest experience are executed at a high level
- Partner with leadership on growth initiatives and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
- Proven success developing teams and building strong culture
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Hands-on, supportive leadership style
- Passion for health-focused, lifestyle-driven brands is a plus
