<div bis_skin_checked="1">Job ID: 137945</div><div bis_skin_checked="1"><br></div><div bis_skin_checked="1">Direct Hire Physical Therapist Role $37 to $57 per hour in Wausau, Wisconsin</div><div bis_skin_checked="1"><br></div><div bis_skin_checked="1"><strong>Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical)</strong> is looking for a <strong>Physical Therapist</strong> to join our partner's team in the <strong>Wausau, Wisconsin</strong> area.</div><div bis_skin_checked="1"><br></div><div bis_skin_checked="1"><strong>This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY</strong></div><div bis_skin_checked="1"><br></div><div bis_skin_checked="1"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div bis_skin_checked="1"><br></div><ul type="disc"><li>Complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy interventions based on patient needs and clinical best practices.</li><li>Guide patients through progressive recovery, ensuring care is delivered in an age-appropriate and compassionate manner.</li><li>Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress, set shared goals, and ensure coordinated care.</li><li>Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility strategies, safety, and long-term health and wellness.</li><li>Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants and other team members involved in patient care.</li><li>Maintain documentation in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act, professional code of ethics, and PAM Health policies and guidelines.</li></ul><div bis_skin_checked="1"><br></div><div bis_skin_checked="1"><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></div><div bis_skin_checked="1"><br></div><ul type="disc"><li><strong>Education and Training:</strong> PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
