<div><strong>Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical)</strong> is looking for a <strong>Nurse Supervisor</strong> to join our partner's team in the <strong>Winston Salem, North Carolina</strong> area.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY</strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div>The Nurse Supervisor provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for assigned nursing units within the inpatient rehabilitation facility. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care while supporting staff performance, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
