Seeking EFDA in New Holland, PA - $25-35 per hour + GREAT benefits!

Our office is seeking a Dental Assistant Expanded Functions to join our team. Excellent opportunity for self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals in our growing, patient centered practice. New team member must have x-ray certification.

We are looking for an EFDA with experience.

Schedule: Full Time or Part Time (please apply if you can work any of the following days, we can be flexible!)

• Monday, Tuesday 9AM - 6PM
• Wednesday 8AM - 5PM
• Thursday 8AM - 5PM
• Friday 8AM - 2PM

Compensation:

• $25-35 per hour (DOE)

Summary of Job Functions:

• Welcome patients in the dental office
• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
• Use digital scanner to make 3D impressions
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
• Other procedures authorized by regulations adopted by the board.
• All procedures required to be performed under direct supervision shall be checked and approved by the supervising licensed dentist prior to the patient's dismissal from the office.
