Job Requirements And Duties
You must be 18 years old, have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, and navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area. You should be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

Qualifications
General job duties for all store team members include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and facilities. Orientation and training are provided on the job. Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, make correct monetary change, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to 90 degrees and above, sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing
Talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Temperaments
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing.
