Delivery Assistant - Seasonal Helper

Position Type: Seasonal

Essential Tasks:

Provides product delivery and retail service on designated route.
Implements themed promotions, marketing programs, and merchandising strategies for designated route.
Administers product rotation policy.
Communicates significant market conditions to retailers and employees.
Develops and improves account relationships for the designated route.
Completes training requirements for current position.
Attends meetings and events as required.
Ability to use all equipment required for position.
Ability to assist the sales/merchandising team as needed.

Physical / Sensory requirements:

Ability to operate a hand truck, a six-wheel cart, straddle jack, and an electric pallet jack
Ability to visually inspect and read code dates on products
Ability to obtain and hold a Texas Class C driver's license
Ability to lift 50 lbs to overhead & 160 lbs to waist level repeatedly
Ability to utilize standard hand-held computer input/output devices
Ability to pass OSHA forklift certification
Ability to manipulate standard hand tools, such as pliers, screwdrivers, and hammers
Ability to climb a 10ft ladder
