Job description

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone

Provide troubleshooting assistance and resolve customer issues efficiently

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the support system

Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience

Identify common issues and suggest improvements to support processes

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in customer support or a similar role

Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus for Canada)

Strong problem-solving abilities and patience with customers

Experience using CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk)

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
