Job Details

You will serve as both a leader and a working supervisor, ensuring seamless communication and execution across the business.

Lead and mentor a team of two Customer Service Representatives supporting a high-visibility account
Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, building strong, trusted relationships
Oversee the full order lifecycle: order entry, processing, production coordination, and shipment
Partner cross-functionally with production, scheduling, logistics, and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery
Proactively communicate order status, changes, and potential risks to customers
Drive accountability, accuracy, and responsiveness within the customer service function
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership experience, ideally in a customer service or account management setting
Experience in a manufacturing environment; high-speed packaging experience is a strong plus
Strong understanding of order management and customer communication workflows
ERP system experience preferred
Ability to manage priorities, solve problems quickly, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
