The Crater is responsible for packaging finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling) per shipping requirements. A successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Staging finished product for loading
• Loading finished product onto truck
• Operating within standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Crating material for shipping
• Using pneumatic tools (nail guns, saws, staple guns, etc.)
• Building skids from scratch
• Placing product on skids and securing for shipping
• Building crates for international and domestic shipments
• Operating forklift
• Unloading and putting away supplies (lumber, pallets, banding, etc.)
• Using foam machine
• Using pallet crusher and pallet jacks
• Contributing to a positive work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or 1+ years of related experience
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
• Ability to drive a forklift and obtain a forklift certification
• Well organized, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
• Ability to use hand and/or power tools
