Job Details

Compensation
$34 - $38/hour DOE
LBC operators: ~$34/hr | TLL operators: ~$35-36/hr | Full combo: ~$37-38/hr
Rigger-capable operators may have additional earning opportunities


Equipment
110-ton crawlers
All Terrain (AT) cranes, 120 - 360 tons
Expansion into 550 - 950 ton ATs anticipated


Requirements
NCCCO TLL or LBC certification (one required; full combo a plus)
CDL-A required for TLL-certified operators (exception for night shift only)
5+ years of crane operating experience
Safeland training (oil & gas assignments)

Nice to Haves
OSHA 10 or 30 (increasingly valued as company expands into infrastructure, alternative energy, and data center work)
Rigging experience (dedicated rigging team on staff, but operators who can rig stand out)
550 ton+ AT experience
