Crane Carrier (Canada) Limited is seeking a CRANE INSTALL TECHNICIAN who will be responsible for following procedures on correct installation of Hiab cranes and Multi Lift components onto truck chassis as well as installation of wiring and hydraulic hoses and components. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to work in a team atmosphere, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship

CRANE INSTALL TECHNICIAN Responsibilities Include: 

  • Responsible for mounting and assembling Hiab Cranes and Multi Lift components 
  • Installing all related electrical components 
  • Fabricating and installing all hydraulic components 
  • Installing additional equipment such as pad holders, toolboxes, tank heaters etc. 
  • Welding as required 
  • Must be a team player and self-motivated 
  • Attention to detail is a must on this new equipment 
  • Requires a strong mechanical aptitude 
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship 
  • Clean work area as required and maintain equipment; Adhere to all environmental, health and safety standards 

 

Successful CRANE INSTALL TECHNICIAN Candidates Will Have:  

  • One year of Crane Install Technician experience within the heavy-duty industry 
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs 
  • Valid driver's license and/or CDL with good driving record

  • Will be required to lift, pick, pull, and stock heavy duty truck parts that might be in excess of 75lbs with lift assist devices.

  • Will frequently be required to: walking, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing and climbing. 
  • Will frequently use a computer in the course of completing daily activities.

 Pay base on experience $32.00-48.00
