We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restoration Project Manager to join our team. You will be working on a variety of projects that may include exterior renovations, remodeling, new construction, steelwork, interior refurbishments, and dryvit applications. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of restoration projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project stays on track.
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and complies with all relevant building codes and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and address any issues or concerns.
  • Conduct site inspections and review reports to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
  • Manage and resolve any problems, conflicts, or delays that may arise during the construction process.
  • Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing restoration projects, including exterior renovations, remodeling, new construction, steelwork, interior refurbishments, and dryvit applications.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel as needed.
