Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of restoration projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project stays on track.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and complies with all relevant building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Conduct site inspections and review reports to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
- Manage and resolve any problems, conflicts, or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing restoration projects, including exterior renovations, remodeling, new construction, steelwork, interior refurbishments, and dryvit applications.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in relevant software, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel as needed.
