Become a vital part of a hospital team in Dickinson, ND as an experienced CT Technologist. You will interpret physicians’ scanning instructions, administer contrast materials per protocol, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient populations.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT technologist experience.
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program, or equivalent.
- Current ARRT certification required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- ND state licensure required.
- Experience working independently on nights. Night shift technologists must be able to work without on-site supervision and consult by phone as needed.
- Proven ability to perform general radiography (X-ray) in addition to CT. Candidates must be able to cover X-ray duties, including portable exams.
- Experience with MEDITECH charting system preferred.
- Experience with Siemens CT scanners preferred. Familiarity with Siemens C-arm and GE portable x-ray units is a plus.
- Ability to perform ER, inpatient, and outpatient imaging; cardiac perfusion studies are not performed.
- Orientation availability: able to complete up to 12 orientation hours; number of orientation shifts depends on experience.
- Must meet client radius and conflict-of-interest rules: able to comply with a 50-mile radius restriction and not be employed PRN/part-time/full-time with affiliated systems.
- Preferred: prior experience in a hospital setting and comfort working blocked weekend schedules.

- Shift schedule: Nights 1900-0700 (3x12 pattern; blocked weekends Fri–Sun 1900–0700).
- Weekend requirement: Blocked weekends Fri–Sun 1900–0700; holidays as needed.
- Call/standby: No call; night techs work alone with supervisory support by phone.
- Floating: Techs are required to cover X-ray in addition to CT.
- Charting system: MEDITECH.
- Equipment: Siemens 64-slice CT scanner, Siemens C-arm, fixed and portable x-ray units, GE portable x-ray.
- Orientation hours: Approximately 12 hours; may vary with experience.
