Commercial Lines Account Manager

We’re partnering with a well-established, relationship-driven insurance agency seeking a Commercial Lines CSR / Account Manager to join their growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a book of commercial lines business from start to finish
• Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and audits
• Work directly with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders
• Support both new business and ongoing account servicing
• Maintain accurate documentation and workflows in AMS360

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of commercial lines experience
• Hands-on AMS360 experience (required)
• Active P&C license
• Strong knowledge of COIs, endorsements, renewals, and policy servicing
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Comfortable explaining coverage and navigating client requests

Compensation & Perks:

• $55K–$70K base salary
